The website, located at www.ibca.co.il (hereinafter: “the Site”), provides information regarding the Amuta’s public objectives, activities, and opportunities for social support and engagement.

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site (including filling out contact forms or submitting donations), you (the “User”) explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws of the State of Israel. The Site is intended to provide news, educational content, event registrations, and options to support the Amuta’s non-profit social mission. 4. Donations and Cancellations
- Processing: Online donations made through the Site are securely processed by authorized third-party payment clearing systems. The Amuta does not store your full credit card details.
- Tax Status Notice: Donations to the Amuta are used solely to advance the organisation’s public and social objectives. Please note that the Amuta does not currently hold tax-exempt status under Section 46 of the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance, and donations are not eligible for tax credits under this section. An official receipt of payment will be issued for every donation.
- Cancellation: In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and applicable regulations, a donor may request to cancel a donation within 14 days of making the transaction by contacting the Amuta via the details listed at the bottom of this page.
5. Privacy Policy Integration
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and process personal data (such as names and email addresses provided via contact forms) in strict compliance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981).
